How to orderkimono-clothing
Customizing kimono clothing is very simple. Just follow these five steps in order, and your very own beautiful kimono outfit will be ready.We hope you're looking forward to it!
Consultation – Have a consultation in person, via Zoom, or on LINE.
Choose Your Design & Fabric -Select your desired dress pattern and kimono fabric.
Send Your Measurements – Email your body measurements.
Receive a Sample Dress – A sample will be sent to you.
Try & Return the Sample – Take photos as soon as you receive it, then return it within one week. If you have a kimono to use for the dress, send it along with the sample.
Final Confirmation – Review and confirm the details.
Wait for Completion – Your dress will be made.
Receive Your Dress! – Enjoy your custom-made dress!
Important Note
Kimono Clothing Order
(1) Choose a Pattern:
→ Please select your preferred pattern.
(2) Choose the Kimono Fabric (or provide your own):
→ Select your preferred kimono fabric (vintage fabric). All yukata fabrics are unused and brand new.
→ If you are providing your own fabric, please contact us in advance.
(3) Choose a Size:
→ Refer to the size guide and select the size that best fits you. Choose from sizes S, M, or L (size availability may vary depending on the pattern).
→ If you require a custom size other than the existing ones, we can accommodate this for an additional fee. Please contact us.
→ (Please note that custom sizes may take additional time.)
→ Please note that returns or exchanges due to size differences or customization are not accepted.
(4) Payment:
→ Confirm your order on BASE and proceed with the payment.
(5) Begin Production:
→ Once your order is confirmed, we will begin the process of unpicking, washing (washing may not be necessary for some kimono fabrics), and tailoring.
→Typically, production takes 3 to 6 months
⑹We will contact you as soon as the product is finished. Please wait a little longer.
If you placed your order through BASE, it will be automatically canceled if it exceeds two months, so we send out a shipping notification in advance.
Once the product is completed, we will contact you directly, so please wait for our notification.
